Quality Assurance

Quality is not an afterthought at ARCTON — it is built into every stage of our construction process. Our Quality Management System ensures that every project is planned, executed and inspected to the highest standards, delivering results that meet or exceed our clients' expectations.

Our Quality Approach

A structured, evidence-based approach to quality that protects our clients, our people, and our reputation on every project.

Process-Driven Execution

Every project follows documented procedures aligned with international standards, ensuring consistency from mobilisation to handover.

Independent Inspection

Third-party and in-house inspections are conducted at every critical milestone, with non-conformances tracked and closed systematically.

Data-Led Improvement

Quality metrics are captured, analysed, and reported to leadership monthly, driving continuous improvement across all disciplines.

Client-Centric Assurance

Our QA framework is built around client expectations — we verify, document, and certify every deliverable before sign-off.

Quality Management Pillars

Six core pillars that underpin every quality management decision across our construction operations.

ISO 9001 Quality Management

Our Quality Management System is aligned with ISO 9001, providing a systematic approach to quality planning, control, assurance and improvement across all our projects.

Quality Plans

A Project Quality Plan is prepared for every project, defining quality objectives, inspection hold points, testing requirements, approved materials and documentation procedures.

Material Approval Process

All construction materials are subject to a formal Material Approval Process before use on site. Only materials that meet specification and are approved by the client's team are permitted.

Inspection & Test Plans

Detailed Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are prepared for all major work activities, defining inspection hold points, witness points, testing frequencies and acceptance criteria.

Non-Conformance Management

A formal Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system ensures that any quality deficiency is identified, documented, corrected and closed out before work proceeds.

Handover & Documentation

We provide comprehensive project handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, test certificates and authority approvals.

Our Quality Process

A repeatable six-step quality cycle applied to every project phase — from planning through to final handover.

01

Quality Planning

Establish quality objectives, prepare the Project Quality Plan and define inspection hold points before mobilisation.

02

Material Control

Submit and obtain approval for all materials before procurement. Inspect deliveries against approved submittals on arrival.

03

Works Inspection

Conduct pre-activity, in-progress and post-activity inspections at all ITP hold points. Record results on Inspection Request forms.

04

Testing & Commissioning

Carry out all specified tests — concrete cube tests, weld tests, pressure tests, electrical tests — and commission all systems before handover.

05

Snagging & Rectification

Conduct a thorough snagging inspection prior to handover. All defects are rectified and re-inspected before the project is handed over to the client.

06

Handover & Close-Out

Compile and submit the full handover documentation package including as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties and authority completion certificates.

Standards & Certifications

Our certifications reflect a genuine commitment to international best practice — not just compliance.

ISO 9001

Quality Management System

International standard for quality management systems, ensuring consistent delivery of products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

ISO 45001

Occupational Health & Safety

ISO 14001

Environmental Management

International standard for environmental management systems, helping organisations improve their environmental performance and comply with applicable laws.

UAE Regulatory Compliance
